Client engagements

All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that covers:

  • Fixed pricing and payment schedule
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Data processing terms (DPA)
  • Intellectual property ownership
  • Confidentiality obligations

These website terms do not override any terms in a signed client agreement.
