What exactly do I get for £3,500?
A working AI chatbot deployed on your infrastructure, plus full compliance documentation: Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), Data Processing Agreement review, privacy notice updates, and audit logging. The chatbot is trained on your knowledge base, integrated with your systems, and ready for customers.
What if my project is more complex?
The £3,500 package covers a standard customer service chatbot with one system integration. If you need multiple integrations, custom workflows, or multilingual support, we quote separately — still fixed price, still including compliance documentation. Most projects fall between £3,000 and £8,000.
Do I own the chatbot?
Yes. We deploy on infrastructure you control — typically an EU-based VPS for GDPR compliance. You own the code, the configuration, and the data. No vendor lock-in. Running costs are typically £100-300/month for hosting and API usage.
What compliance documentation is included?
DPIA covering the chatbot's data processing, review of your Data Processing Agreement with the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), updated privacy notice language, transparency disclosure for users, and audit logging configuration. Everything a regulator would ask for.
How long does it take?
3 weeks from kickoff to deployment for a standard project. Week 1: requirements and architecture. Week 2: build and integration. Week 3: testing, compliance documentation, and deployment. You review at each stage.
What about the EU AI Act?
Most customer service chatbots are "limited risk" under the EU AI Act — the main obligation is transparency (telling users they're talking to AI). We handle this in the build. If your use case triggers high-risk classification, we flag it and scope the additional compliance work.
